1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Custom or made-to-order enclosures may take longer; lead times will be provided at the time of order.
1.2 Shipping Methods & Transit Times
We offer Standard Ground Shipping and White Glove Delivery for select areas.
Estimated transit times range from 3–10 business days, depending on location and product availability.
Shipping is available within the continental United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, please contact us for a custom quote.
White Glove Delivery (Optional Upgrade)
White Glove Delivery is a premium service available for select shower enclosures.
This service includes:
Scheduled delivery appointment
Item brought inside your home (room of choice, where accessible)
Unpacking of the product for inspection
Removal of packaging materials
Please Note: White Glove Delivery does not include installation, plumbing, or removal of existing fixtures. Delivery teams will not move personal items or alter your space for access.
If you would like to upgrade to White Glove Delivery, please select the option at checkout or contact our support team for availability in your area.
1.3 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods—eligibility will be clearly noted on product pages.
1.4 Delivery Appointment & Access
Larger items, including shower enclosures, may require a delivery appointment that will be scheduled with you accordingly.
Customers must ensure that delivery access is clear and adequate. Delivery personnel will not remove doors or windows to complete a delivery.
2. Delivery Inspection & Damage Reporting
2.1 Inspection Upon Delivery
Inspect all packages thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt.
If there is visible damage or missing items, note it on the delivery receipt and refuse the delivery if necessary.
Take clear photos of any damage and notify us within 24 hours at Customer Support Email: hello@showertrend.co.za or Phone Number: 073 7278 493.
2.2 Concealed Damage
For damage discovered after unpacking, report the issue within 72 hours of delivery. Include photographs and your order number.
3. Return Policy
3.1 Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, uninstalled, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged in transit.
3.2 Return Process
Contact our Customer Support at Email: hello@showertrend.co.za / Phone: 073 7278 493 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Securely repackage the product using the original packaging materials.
Ship the product back to the return address provided with your RA number.
Once received and inspected, a refund (minus return shipping and restocking fee, if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days.
3.3 Restocking Fee
A 15% order value/restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.
3.4 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.
4. Exchanges & Replacements
Damaged or defective products will be replaced at no cost. A claim must be filed within 72 hours of delivery.
If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
5. Warranty
All shower enclosures come with a limited manufacturer's warranty (typically 1–4 years, depending on model).
The warranty covers manufacturer defects but does not cover damage caused by installation, misuse, or modification.
